Taking my Brompton to meet its maker (in a good way)

A London Brompton Club ride from Brompton Junction to the Brompton factory. The weather was not terribly cooperative at first – torrential rain en-route to the shop plus no waterproof trousers equalled soaked trousers. But fortunately it had stopped raining by the time we set off, and had blue skies and sun within a short distance …

A very enjoyable ride, with good chats along the way, and an interesting tour – followed by the mandatory trip to the pub for an excellent roast, even better pudding (sticky toffee pudding and salted caramel ice-cream – yummy!) with excellent company. I think we also formed the LBC Foodie sub-committee with the promise of more rides with great food to come.
